What is the founding partner program?

As a founding partner, you get early access to Stampeo with all Growth features. You'll help shape the product with direct feedback. After 3 free months, you lock in €20/month for life (normally €40).
How do I create my loyalty card?

Your card is created automatically during setup. Just upload your logo and pick your colors — you'll see a preview instantly. Customize anything you like, then publish when you're happy with it.
Do my customers need to download an app?

No, Stampeo works directly through the web browser or can be added to digital wallets like Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Zero friction for your customers.
What equipment do I need?

Any device with an internet connection. You can scan from our free app or directly from your browser — your choice.
How do customers get stamped?

Your customers show their digital card (in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) and you scan it with the Stampeo app or from your browser. Only you add stamps — not the customer — which prevents any fraud.
How does early access work?

After signing up, we get in touch directly to get to know you and set up your program together. We handle your card configuration, scanner app setup, and stay available to support you along the way.
Does it work with Google Wallet?

Yes. Stampeo generates cards compatible with both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The vast majority of smartphones (iPhone and Android) are covered. Features are identical on both platforms, except for location-based notifications which are currently only available on Apple Wallet.
Can a business have multiple loyalty cards?

This feature will be available with the Pro plan (currently in development). You'll be able to create multiple active card templates simultaneously — for example a "coffee" card and a "Sunday brunch" card — each with its own rewards. On the Starter and Growth plans, you have one active template at a time, which is enough for most businesses.
Can I send promotional campaigns?

Yes — promotional broadcasts are live. The Growth plan includes 3 broadcasts per month with immediate send and date-based segmentation (e.g. customers enrolled in the last 30 days). The Pro plan unlocks unlimited broadcasts, scheduling with timezone support, and advanced segmentation (by stamp count, redemptions, or inactivity). Automatic notifications (stamp, milestone, reward) remain active on all plans.
