What is the founding partner program?

How do I create my loyalty card?

Your card is created automatically during setup. Just upload your logo and pick your colors — you'll see a preview instantly. Customize anything you like, then publish when you're happy with it.
Do my customers need to download an app?

No, Stampeo works directly through the web browser or can be added to digital wallets like Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Zero friction for your customers.
What equipment do I need?

Any device with an internet connection. You can scan from our free app or directly from your browser — your choice.
How do customers get stamped?

Customers simply scan a unique QR code displayed at your checkout, or you can scan their digital card. Both methods are fast and secure.
How does early access work?

After signing up, we review applications in small batches. You'll receive an email when your account is activated. This lets us ensure quality support for every partner.
Does it work with Google Wallet?

Yes. Stampeo generates cards compatible with both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The vast majority of smartphones (iPhone and Android) are covered. Features are identical on both platforms, except for location-based notifications which are currently only available on Apple Wallet.
Can a business have multiple loyalty cards?

With the Growth plan, yes. You can create multiple card templates — for example a "coffee" card and a "Sunday brunch" card — each with its own rewards. On the Starter plan, you have one active template at a time, which is enough for most businesses.
Can I send promotional campaigns?

With the Growth plan, you'll be able to send promotional notifications to all your customers or specific segments (e.g., customers who haven't visited in 30 days). This feature is under development and will be available in the coming months. In the meantime, automatic notifications (stamp, milestone, reward) are active on all plans.
